Council 11724 was founded in 1995 through the efforts of Sacramento Council 953. It is named after Monsignor Hugh McTague, who was the founding pastor of St. Robert Church. The Msgr. McTague Council works closely with St. Robert Parish and School in Sacramento, providing funds for various projects, members being active participants in their parish. We started the Msgr. McTague Council with 30 founding members. We are currently 42 members strong. If you would like to meet our members please navigate to the member page for more information on all of our members.

Council 11724 is located behind St. Robert Parish Church and in front of St. Robert School in Sacramento at 2247 Irvin Way. The Grand Knight for 2008-2009 is brother Ron Jimenez.
